Samuel Markwardt, LCSW, is a Milwaukee-based therapist and behavioral health leader with extensive experience in integrated care coordination, quality assurance, and IPS program support. As the owner of KEY Services MKE LLC, he provides compassionate, person-centered care grounded in empathy and lived experience. Adopted as a child, Samuel’s personal story fuels his commitment to helping others navigate complex systems, build stability, and unlock their full potential.
